With over 100 player and parent submissions received this year, our team took your feedback to heart — analyzing every comment to develop a stronger, smarter plan for 2026. The result? A league experience that not only keeps the traditions you love, but enhances them through innovation, transparency, and year-round communication.

This new era of hockey is about connection, creativity, and player development — on and off the ice. Whether you’re skating in 3-on-3, 4-on-4, girls, women’s, or pro divisions, we’re building an environment that challenges players, supports families, and celebrates the best parts of the game.

The Innovate Leagues team continues to build from passion — driven by a shared commitment to growing the game for youth and young adults. Our program is led by a group of educators, trainers, and hockey minds who have dedicated their careers to player development, mentorship, and creating better experiences on and off the ice.

Corey Stringer, Darryl Yardley, Jamie Simpson, Steve Maikawa, and Alex Muraca bring decades of experience in player development, coaching, and league operations to Innovate Hockey Leagues.

Together, they’re redefining what community-driven hockey can look like — combining skill development, communication, and structure with the same energy and passion that built the foundation of these leagues.
